If you receive the error message "No offers found" when trying to upgrade, this is usually resolved by allowing the Phone Number permission through the Phone settings for the app for carrier billing to be allowed. If this does not correct it please send an email to support@liveone.com or start a Chat with us on https://support.liveone.com
- Select your phone's Settings app.
- In the Settings menu, select the Apps/Application Manager section.
- Find LiveOne and tap to open.
- Allow the Phone permission so that the carrier can bill you on the mobile bill.
