Your event should be available from the Home Page/Homescreen of your device under Events or Events/Video icon > "Purchased Tickets". Please make sure you are signed in to your account that has the ticket in order to access Purchased Tickets.
Sidenote: If you have an event that is URL specific or has its own app to login then it will not show under Purchased tickets and you will have to refer to the email for the event on how to access it.
If you are not seeing the Purchased Tickets, then you may need to log into your device.
