Redeeming a Code for a Ticket Purchase

LiveOne may provide you a code for you to redeem or purchase your Ticket for your event.   There are two different types of codes.   

A gift code is a code that you use to redeem to cover the complete cost of the Ticket.   

An offer code is a code that you use to purchase a Ticket at a special or discounted rate.

If you are unsure which type of code you were provided, then please check the email that you got that contains your code.

• If the website in the email to ends with "/gift" then you will want to follow the Gift Code directions below.
• If the website in the email ends with "/offer" then you will want to follow the Offer Code directions below.

Gift Code:

To redeem your code:

1. Go to liveone.com/gift
2. Sign up to create a new LiveOne account, or log in with an existing account
3. Enter your code and click REDEEM YOUR CODE
4. You're all set! 

On the device you’re using to watch the event, be sure to log in with the same account you used in step #2. Once logged in, you should see your event in the PURCHASED TICKETS carousel on both the Home and Live Events pages. For more information on supported devices, check out our connected apps page here.

Offer Code:

 To redeem your code:

1. Go to liveone.com/offer
2. Enter the offer code and then click CONTINUE
3. Sign up to create a new LiveOne account, or log in with an existing account
4. Enter Billing Information to complete the special pricing offer
5. You're all set! 

On the device you’re using to watch the event, be sure to log in with the same account you used in step #3. Once logged in, you should see your event in the PURCHASED TICKETS carousel on both the Home and Live Events pages. For more information on supported devices, check out our connected apps page here.
