I purchased a ticket for a Pay Per View event, but did not get an email confirmation?
Every purchase will generate a confirmation email sent to the email address registered with LiveOne. If you did not get the email, please check your Junk or Spam folder to see if it was delivered there instead of your Inbox.
I purchased a ticket, but it's saying I need to purchase a ticket to watch?
Tickets for most events are tied to the account that they were purchased for, some events may have an exclusive URL link that you can find FAQ's on the site on how to get your link if you lost the email or accidentally deleted it.
If the above is not the case, then please make sure that you are logged in with the same account that the ticket was purchased for. If you are new to LiveOne and install the application on your phone or TV/Electronic device then make sure you log in. If you are not logged in, you won't get the benefits of the purchased Ticket.
I have a code to redeem for my Ticket, How do I redeem it?
To redeem your code:
1) Go to liveone.com/gift
2) Sign up to create a new LiveOne account, or log in with an existing account
3) Enter your code and click REDEEM YOUR CODE
4) You're all set!
On the device you’re using to watch the event, be sure to log in with the same account you used in step #2. Once logged in, you should see your event in the PURCHASED TICKETS carousel on both the Home and Live Events pages. For more information on supported devices, check out our connected apps page here.
Will I be able to Re-Watch the Pay Per View shows I have purchased?
Each Pay Per View Event will be different. If there is a Re-Watch available for ticket holders, then you will find the Re-Watch under the Rewatch tab on the event page.
What devices can I use to watch Pay Per View shows on?
Unless specified as a exclusive device or exclusive URL link only event then you can watch via our LiveOne Website, Mobile Phone Apps for iOS and Android, Google Chromecast, Amazon FireTV, AppleTV, 2017+ Samsung TVs, and Roku devices. If you are having problems, please make sure you have updated your application to the latest version for your platform.
Can I Watching using an LG TV and it's Web Browser?
No, at this time LG TV's are not supported for watching, but you may be able to use Cast to the TV instead.
Can I use AirPlay to AirPlay the Video from my Phone to TV?
We currently do not support Video AirPlay but you can use Screen Mirroring on your phone to mirror the Video to your TV. You can get more information on how to do that from Apple's Support site here :

Can I Chromecast from the LiveOne Website?
We do not currently support Video Chromecast directly in the LiveOne Website, but you can still Chromecast the video by right clicking on the playing video and selecting the "Cast" option to cast.
How do I Re-Watch a show or event I have a purchased ticket for?
On the LiveOne Website, go to My Library and click on the ticket under the Purchased Tickets. Once you are on the Event Page, click on the "Rewatch" or "Past Performaces".
On the iOS or Android LiveOne Applications, you would open up the application, click on the 'Video" icon on the bottom bar to go to the Video and Live Events Page, and then click on the Ticket under "Purchased Tickets". Once you are there, click on the "Rewatch" or "Past Performances".
For LiveOne TV Apps you would go to the "Live Events" section then click on the Ticket under "Purchased Tickets". Once you are there, click on the "Rewatch" or "Past Performances".
How many devices can I watch from at the same time?
Each purchased ticket allows you to stream to 1 device at a time.
