This is an official notice that after April 1st, 2022, you will no longer be able to log in to your LiveOne account using ZenKey. However, you can still choose to switch to an Email authenticated account to keep access.
What do I need to know?
ZenKey will no longer be a supported authentication method for accessing your LiveOne account. After April 1st, 2022, you will no longer be able to log in to your LiveOne account using ZenKey. To ensure you don't lose access to your LiveOne account, please switch your authentication method to Email before April 1, 2022.
What do I need to do?
To migrate your ZenKey access to an email-authenticated account, please follow these steps:
1. Go to liveone.com/settings
2. Log in using ZenKey
3. If an email address doesn't exist, add an email address to your account and click the UPDATE button (beneath the email address field). This is the email you will use to login to your account moving forward.
4. Click here to reset your password and follow the instructions that are email to you.
5. You're all set! Login to LiveOne with your email address and password thereafter.
