Problems downloading?
The Download Icon is Greyed Out?
Some stations and music is not available for download and can only be accessed using an internet connection. This music will have the Download icon grayed out.
The Refresh All Button is Greyed Out?
This means no music has been selected for download. Please follow the instructions in the Select Music to Download section to add music to be downloaded.
I get an error "Unable to register device."
You can only register one device for downloads every 30 days. Getting this error means you have already registered another device within the last 30 days, so you would have to wait until the 30-day timer expires before you can register your next device. Uninstalling the app does not reset this timer, nor does it free up a device registration. There is also not a way to manually manage your registered device.
