If you experience a technical issue with the LiveOne service, you can use the Feedback/Report a Problem feature to send information about LiveOne to us to help diagnose your issue.
Please select your platform.
Website
- On the LiveOne home page, select Menu.
- Select Submit Feedback.
- Enter in a description of your issue and select the Submit button.
Your information will be sent to LiveOne and you should receive a response soon after.
Mobile Phone App
- From the LiveOne app, select Profile.
- Select Settings.
- Select Support.
- Select Report a Problem.
- Enter in a description of your issue and select the Submit button.
Your app and device information will be sent to LiveOne. You will be contacted by LiveOne Customer Support once your information has been reviewed.
