Credit card information for subscriptions purchased directly from LiveOne can be updated at any time
Note: If you purchased your LiveOne subscription through a third-party (such as your mobile phone carrier, iTunes or Paypal), you'll need to contact them directly to change your payment information.
Note: Payment information can only be updated for active subscriptions.
To update your subscription's credit card information:
- Visit https://account.liveone.com/login?done=manage
- Select Payment Setting.
- Enter the updated Credit Card/Address information and then select Update Info to save the information..
Note: Your updated information will not appear in the Payment Setting box when entered (as this displays the information last used to bill for your subscription, not the current information for your account).
