Upgrade from Plus to Premium

1. Visit http://www.liveone.com/upgrade from a desktop computer and log into your account.
2. Select Get Premium.
3. Approve the new terms of your subscription and select Submit.

• Within the LiveOne app, select the Profile section. 
• Select Downloads under My Library.
• Select the Lock icon and it will bring you to the Upgrade Now page.
• Check the terms of your subscription  box to confirm you agree and select Upgrade Now.

No Longer have an Android Phone?

Unfortunately, Apple restricts iPhones to only make purchases through iTunes, so these subscriptions are not able to be upgraded from iPhones. If you no longer have an Android phone, but wish to continue to be billed through your phone carrier, you would not be able to upgrade your subscription.

If you want to upgrade to Premium Radio still, please cancel your current subscription. Once your current subscription expires, you can purchase a new subscription through iTunes.

iTunes billing is only available for purchase through the LiveOne app on iOS devices.

Note: Purchasing LiveOne Premium through iTunes does not upgrade your current subscription from Plus to Premium, but purchases a Premium subscription in addition to your existing Plus subscription. This will provide access to Premium benefits, but you will have both a Plus and Premium subscription active on your iTunes account and will be billed for both until you have manually canceled the Plus subscription through iTunes. No Longer have an iPhone?

Unfortunately, Apple restricts iTunes to only be made through iOS, so these subscriptions are not able to be upgraded from Android phones. If you no longer have an iPhone, but wish to continue to be billed through iTunes, you would not be able to upgrade your subscription.
