Website
- Go to https://www.liveone.com/
- Select Login
- Log in using your preferred credentials
- If you signed up to LiveOne using your email, enter your LiveOne email address and password and select Log In.
- If you signed up using a third-party login (such as Google, Facebook, or Apple), select the appropriate login option and follow the prompts that appear in the pop up window to login with your third-party account.
Android Devices
- Open the LiveOne app
- Select Get Started, then select Log In
- If you signed up to LiveOne using your email, enter your LiveOne email address and password and select Log In.
- If you signed up using a third-party login (such as Google, Facebook, or Apple), select the appropriate login option and follow the prompts that appear in the pop up window to login with your third-party account.
Note: If you have previous started the app using the Continue as Guest option, you will not be able to log in using the Get Started option. Instead, use the following login steps:
- Open the LiveOne app
- Select Profile
- Select Settings
- Select Join Now
- Select Log In
- Log in using your email address and password.
iPhone Devices
- Open the LiveOne app
- Select Get Started, then select Log In
- If you signed up to LiveOne using your email, enter your LiveOne email address and password and select Log In.
- If you signed up using a third-party login (such as Google, Facebook, or Apple), select the appropriate login option and follow the prompts that appear in the pop up window to login with your third-party account.

Having problems?
I signed up with a third-party service, but my platform doesn't give me that login option.
If you are using a third-party login (such as Google, Facebook, Apple, or Zenkey), but the LiveOne service on your device does not support these login options, you will instead need to create a password so you can log in using the email address associated with your third-party login.

I don't have the option to log in.
If no login options appears on the website, this may mean your web browser window is too narrow. You will need to expand your browser window to have the login option appear. (This most commonly happens if you are viewing the website on a mobile device.)
If no login option appears on the mobile app, that means the app is already logged into a different account. Please log out of the app first to gain the option to log in using another email.
