Delete LiveOne Account

To close your free LiveOne account and remove your personal information from the account, please visit https://www.liveone.com/billing, log into your LiveOne account and click the "If you wish to permanently delete your account, click here" link.

If you just want to cancel your paid subscription so you are no longer charged, you can find out how to cancel your paid subscription here: Cancel a LiveOne Subscription

Note: LiveOne is not able to honor account deletion requests sent from a different email address/LiveOne account.

Note: Deleting your LiveOne account does not cancel any paid subscription. Please ensure you have cancelled any paid LiveOne subscription prior to requesting deletion of your account.
