To update your email address:
- Visit the My Profile page. (Log into your LiveOne account if needed.)
- Select Settings.
- Select the text field in the Email Address section and enter your new email address.
- Select Update.
"Email Address already in use." Error message
An email address can only be in use with one LiveOne account at a time. Getting this message means you already have a LiveOne account linked with that email address.
To access your existing account:
- Log Out of the current account.
- Log In using the email address you want to use.
- If you don't remember the password for the LiveOne account you want to use, follow the Reset Password instructions to reset the password for the account.
